We can provide an outsourced regulatory compliance and legal support function as well as supporting established functions within your organisation drawing on experience across the industry (the team has in excess of 50 years in-house experience unrivalled by our competitors). Cutting edge advice regarding systems and controls, front and back office risk management and supporting procedures manuals (including those designed to ensure in-house legal function role is recognised and responsibilities clearly identified for BASEL II, FSA and other regulatory requirements). We provide helpline functions to a number of clients making our wealth of expertise available at the end of the phone. Assistance in strategic planning of upcoming regulatory developments which impact on clients within our large financial institution client base. The team has developed a dedicated service in helping clients monitor new legislation, case law and regulatory developments and engage meaningfully in consultation processes in relation to FSA, Treasury and other regulatory consultation papers and governmental proposals, including from the Scottish Parliament.
