Alongside litigation‚ our employment practice is the fastest growing area of our business. And to support and encourage this growth in demand from our clients we have been appointing a number of senior and very able Scottish and English qualified employment lawyers.

As a firm we have handled more English tribunals than any other Scottish firm – approximately 250 in the last year.

And in the last 12 months we have been involved in a pioneering project management model which allows us to support clients operating in a global environment. The aim is to allow clients to make use of locally recognised employment specialists who have been sourced by us rather than the ‘add on’ European offices of some of the large global firms. We have successfully rolled this out for clients doing business in France‚ Germany‚ Holland‚ Belgium and Australia.
