The Personal Injury Team comprises over 40 specialist lawyers with extensive experience across a range of claims, including employer and public liability; road traffic; and medical negligence. The team deals with injuries of the utmost severity including head and spinal injuries. We act for both the Pursuer and Defender and are geared to handle a high volume of work through use of our state of the art case management system, which is fully integrated with our practice management application to ensure all cases are dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The team has a number of Solicitor Advocates and Law Society and APIL accredited specialists in personal injury law. We operate a number of sub-units within the team focusing on our core specialties including road traffic, medical negligence, industrial disease, and harassment at work claims.
