Our specialist corporate litigation team are instructed in a range of disputes involving companies including fiduciary duties, schemes of arrangement, reductions and shareholder remedies such as derivative actions, s.994 disputes and share purchase agreement disputes. We also have a wide range of experience in general company litigation including contract disputes and debt recovery.
