The Group provides no-nonsense advice on the drafting and negotiation of the full range of construction, engineering and development contracts. We enhance the position of our clients by amending standard form contracts, particularly in the JCT, ICE and NEC suites, as well as drafting bespoke contracts for high value or unusual projects. A significant part of our practice is servicing the construction aspects of development and investment deals. Our PFI/PPP projects experience is particularly strong in the education and waste management sectors.
