Emma is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Employment Law and is identified as a leader in her field for employment by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.
With over 15 years experience in conducting employment tribunals and employment appeal tribunals throughout the UK, Emma is an experienced and well regarded advocate. She is also well known for her pragmatic and solution driven advice in dealing with strategic HR issues and complex legal issues across the employment law spectrum.
Emma heads up the firm's management development arm, which regularly delivers management and leadership development training in both the public and private sectors.
She is an experienced public speaker who is regularly invited to contribute to conferences throughout the UK on both employment law topics and on motivating and influencing employees and developing effective management and leadership behaviour.
