Mark specialises in the drafting and negotiation of construction & engineering contracts, and assists clients in the resolution of contractual disputes. He covers the construction requirements of projects of all shapes and sizes, from PFI/PPP to refurbishment of country estates.
Mark is particularly experienced in advising employers (in both the public and private sector) on construction & engineering matters. He is also a member of Brodies' Transport team and advises on construction & engineering issues affecting railways in particular.
He has been accredited as a mediator by CEDR and is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
