Isobel advises on the corporate tax aspects of company acquisitions, disposals and reconstructions, complex commercial property transactions and PFI/PPP projects. Her experience includes vendor tax planning, structuring property joint ventures, SDLT mitigation, the Construction Industry Scheme and employment related tax issues and share option schemes. Isobel's focus is always to try and help clients achieve their business objectives.
Isobel is a top ranked individual in Chambers and Partners and a leading individual in Legal 500 for Corporate Tax and is Convenor of the Tax Law Committee of the Law Society of Scotland.
