Colin leads our Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Group. He specialises in corporate recovery, financial and equity restructuring and insolvency work.
He acts for the major Scottish clearing banks in a wide variety of assignments involving both solvent and insolvent restructurings. Colin also acts for banks in relation to security enforcement and insolvency practitioners after a formal insolvency appointment has been made.
Colin is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as an Insolvency Specialist and recognised as a ranked individual for restructuring and insolvency in Chambers & Partners.
