A member of Brodies Technology Group, Martin deals with a wide range of information technology and intellectual property related work for clients in both the private and public sector. He also provides valuable advice to clients on issues such as data protection and freedom of information and in relation to a variety of commercial contracts.
Martin has a particular interest in the implications of disability discrimination legislation for the use of web sites and other technology and is widely respected for his knowledge and expertise in this area, both in the UK and further afield.
As the Internet and e-commerce become increasingly important for both businesses and individuals, Martin is able to provide a responsive, hands-on service for his clients vital in this ever evolving area of the law.
